Granules are with biobased content, and with slight fragrance.
Such resin can be processed into finish products alone without
adding any other polyolefin materials like PP, etc.
The processing temperature of them is lower than that of
conventional plastic. They are easily colored and anti-static.
It reduces the use of petroleum-based resin and lowers the carbon
emission with high performance cost ratio.

It is suitable to make all kinds of containers, like plant nursery
pots and bowls, soya bean curd trays, agricultural pesticide
bottles, shampoo and shower gel bottles, straws, toys,packaging
boxes and all sorts of disposable containers.
Common injection molding, vacuum thermoforming machines and sheet
extruders are all can be used.
It needs to be stored in a dry environment under normal
temperature. Finish using the product soon after it is unsealed.
In case the resin is damp, it should be dried for 2 hours at 80ºC
Its processing temperature is 5ºC to 10ºC lower than that of PP.
During processing, the temperature is correct when corn starch
fragrance can be smelled at the hopper.
1. Can the biodegradable corn starch material be made transparent
-- No. the natural color is creamy white.
2. What is the temperature resistance range of the product?
-- The temperature resistance can range from -15degree centigrade
to 120 degree centigrade.
3. How long does it take your product to completely degrade?
-- It will depend on the thickness of the products. The thicker the
product is, the longer decomposing process it takes.
4. Is corn starch product more expensive than paper or foam?
- Normally, it will be more expensive because the density is higher
than paper and foam material. However, many city, state, and
federal tax incentives are available that minimizes the cost
increase. In many cases, it’s actually less expensive because of
these green initiatives.
5. What are your MOQ and lead times?
-- MOQ is 1*20’GP. Sample leadtime is 3-5 days. Mass production
lead time is 12-18 days after production mould is confirmed, it
depends on the order quantity.
